Shipping:

The jewelry is prepared individually and shipped within 7 business days from the order.

Orders are sent by registered airmail with a tracking code.

Estimated delivery times, delay may occur by mail, driver or holiday.

It is the buyer's responsibility to pay any taxes that customs may require.

Exchange:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange within 10 days of receipt for unworn jewelry.

It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs.

Jewelry returned must be unused in its original condition and packaging.

Credit will be credited in full, minus all shipping fees.

All custom and sale pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We reserve the right to refuse unreasonable repairs, returns and exchanges.

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

1. Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our fault.

2. Any item returned more than 10 days after shipment Refunds (if applicable).

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll send you an email to let you know we've received the returned item. We'll also let you know whether your return has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original credit card or payment method within a certain amount of days.

Please note: the warranty is not valid in cases of falling precious stones such as: diamond, sapphire, ruby, emerald and semi-precious stone.
